Naboo in Paris is seeking a Sales Assistant to back our growing sales team. You will research locations and additional services to meet client requests, transfer offers, and provide general sales support while coordinating internal processes.

The ideal candidate speaks German and English, is determined, eager to learn, works well in a team, and can adapt quickly as Naboo scales its activities and product offerings.

Tasks as a Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: researching suitable locations or complementary services (activities, catering, transport) to fulfil specific customer requests. Transfer of offers and general support of the sales team.
• Co‑organisation of internal processes
• Supporting the onboarding of new team members
• Participation in the further development of our product
• Participate in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo’s overall strategy
