Common Farms in France is seeking a Home Sales Assistant. This full-time position focuses on assisting our team with sales orders and customer relations to provide our produce seamlessly.

No prior farming or sales experience is required; the ideal candidate will learn quickly, communicate well, follow instructions, and be a team player with a positive attitude. Weekend and holiday availability may be needed; benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.

• Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Take and follow up on customer orders accurately.
• Update customers on order status and communicate needs to production.
• Ensure pricing reflects target profit margins and costs.
• Input data into internal OS and update product catalogues.
• Coordinate customer needs with the production team to fulfill orders.
• Distribute sales documents including invoices and receipts.

Areas of Responsibility

• Take and Follow up on our customers’ orders accurately
• Update and communicate directly with our customers for order updates
• Make sure our prices are updated to reflect our target profit margin, costs
• Input correct data into our internal OS
• Update our product catalogues
• Coordinate our customers’ needs with our production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accordingly
• Ensure all sales documents (invoices, receipts) are distributed

Qualifications
