A leading fashion retail brand in Paris is seeking a motivated retail team member to connect with customers and provide expert styling advice. This role involves building relationships with clients, maintaining store standards, and contributing to sales targets. Candidates should have 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in footwear or premium casualwear, and possess a passion for fashion trends. A basic salary up to €31,000 is offered along with benefits like double pay on Sundays and a transport allowance.

• Build lasting client relationships and support CRM efforts
• Maintain strong visual standards and stock accuracy
• Contribute to team sales targets and brand activations
• Support smooth day-to-day store operations

Experience Required:

• 1–2 years in retail, ideally in footwear or premium casualwear
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion trends
• Fluent in English language. Flexible to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday and Sunday
