Then Rains needs you for its talented global team of Sales Advisors – helping us continue our growth journey. We’re looking for a confident and proactive Sales Advisor who thrives in an informal yet ambitious environment, takes ownership of daily operations, and enjoys working closely with a driven team.

The Role

You enjoy working with customers, are comfortable giving advice and helping with daily tasks in the store, and bring a friendly, down-to-earth energy to our location at Galeries Lafayette Annecy, 25 Av. du Parmelan, 74000 Annecy, France. As our Sales Advisor, everything you do centers around giving the customer a premium experience. You will therefore be vital to maintaining Rains’ strong brand perception. We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to work 35 hours per week, reporting to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Showing passion and excitement for the brand and products through storytelling and engaging communication skills.
• Upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Rains visual standards.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow Rains’ policies and procedures.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive. You are a great team player and have a go-getter mindset. You're fluent in French both written and oral.

We imagine you are/have:

• Attention to detail and the importance of accountability and good customer experience.
• Able to adapt to different customers' needs and personalities.
• Team player with a desire to collaborate effectively with the entire team in the store.
• Able to work in a fastmoving and dynamic environment, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Functioning well while working with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written. English is a plus.
• Experience in either retail, sales, or service is a plus.
