Actini SAS is seeking a Sales Assistant based in Évian-les-Bains, France. As part of a small sales team, you will support sales representatives throughout the sales process and manage communications with the sales administration team.

Qualified candidates should possess fluency in both English and French and ideally have 2–3 years of post-secondary education in Sales. The company offers a competitive salary package and additional benefits, including health insurance and profit-sharing.

The position is based in Évian (74) and is available immediately as a permanent position. Attractive compensation based on your experience, consisting of a fixed salary and a variable component including travel allowances, for a gross annual salary between €35,000 and €42,000.

You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director within the sales department, which consists of about fifteen people. Your role will be to assist the sales representatives throughout the sales process and serve as a liaison with the sales administration team; you will work in tandem with another sales assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes, quote amendments, and bid documents and forward them to the client
• Verify the compliance of contracts, acknowledge receipt, and forward order files to the Sales Administration department
• Track sales activities in the CRM system
• Organize client visits
• Manage the sales department’s switchboard
• Make outbound calls as part of prospecting or follow-up efforts

Your profile

Education: Sales (2–3 years of post-secondary education, depending on profile)

• Fluency in spoken and written English and French is required.
