Actini SAS is seeking a Sales Assistant based in Évian-les-Bains, France. As part of a small sales team, you will support sales representatives throughout the sales process and manage communications with the sales administration team.

Qualified candidates should possess fluency in both English and French and ideally have 2–3 years of post-secondary education in Sales. The company offers a competitive salary package and additional benefits, including health insurance and profit-sharing.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English and French is required.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quotes, amendments, and bid documents for clients.
• Verify compliance of contracts and manage order files.
• Track sales activities in the CRM system.
• Organize client visits.
• Manage the sales department’s switchboard.
• Make outbound calls for prospecting and follow-ups.
