Job summary

Maison Alaïa is opening its first boutique in Saint-Tropez and seeks a Boutique Manager for the upcoming summer season. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand's image and values.

You will recruit and develop staff, oversee day-to-day operations, inventory, payroll and back-office tasks, and actively pursue partnerships and clienteling initiatives to growth and visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in luxury retail with a track record in sales and team management.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong clienteling skills and focus on elevated client experiences.
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and market awareness.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales to meet monthly and yearly targets.
