The S’Cool Ski Program at Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to support the Operations Manager as the primary contact for bookings, including Ski S’Cool lessons. Applicants must have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

This seasonal role requires physical fitness, flexibility for holiday periods, and experience with registration and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist Operations Manager on staffing and instructor scheduling for S’Cool Ski Program.
• Identify training needs and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Schedule instructors and approve timesheets.
• Handle guest services, ticketing, and lessons booking.
• Maintain school database and weekly data sheets for invoicing.
