Resilience Care, a leading French remote patient monitoring company, seeks a biostatistician to build robust statistical work for Real‑World Evidence (RWE) and Medical Affairs studies—from planning to reproducible programming and clear interpretation.

You will draft SAPs, program analyses in R and Python, set up data quality checks, and produce decision‑ready deliverables, communicating insights to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in biostatistics/RWE.
• Experience delivering analyses on healthcare datasets.
• Ability to build reusable outputs (codebases, pipelines, reporting templates).
• Experience communicating insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Draft and/or contribute to SAPs and methodological documentation.
• Program analyses in R and Python; concept of SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to RWE studies: design, methods and execution.
• Set up data quality checks and document assumptions.
• Produce decision-ready deliverables (tables/figures/reports) and explain results to non-statisticians.
