Resilience Care in Rennes, France, seeks a Biostatistician/RWE specialist to build and deliver statistical work for Real‑World Evidence and Medical Affairs studies—from analysis planning to reproducible programming and clear interpretation.

You will program analyses in R and Python, apply survival analysis and GLMs, design robust methods for RWE, set up data quality checks, and produce decision-ready tables, figures and reports for cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Applied biostatistics with experience in Real‑World Evidence (RWE) and medical affairs.
• Write clean, reproducible code in R and Python; basic SQL knowledge.
• Work with patient healthcare data, ensuring data quality and traceability.
• Produce clear methodological documentation (SAPs, protocols, reports).
• Build meaningful data visualisations and communicate insights to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Draft and contribute to Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP) and methodological docs.
• Program analyses in R and Python; utilize SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to RWE studies: design, methods and execution.
• Set up data quality checks and document assumptions.
• Produce decision-ready deliverables (tables/figures/reports) and explain results to non‑statisticians.
