Job summary

Resilience Care in Marseille seeks a Biostatistician to build and deliver robust statistical work for Real-World Evidence and Medical Affairs studies—from SAP drafting to reproducible programming and clear interpretation.

You will design analyses in R and Python, ensure data quality, and produce decision-ready tables, figures and reports for cross-functional teams with a focus on reliability, speed and transparency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in biostatistics/RWE or similar environments.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data.
• Ability to build reusable outputs (code, pipelines, reporting templates).
• Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft and contribute to SAPs and methodological documentation.
• Program analyses in R and Python; include SQL/PostgreSQL considerations.
• Contribute to RWE studies: design, methods and execution.
• Set up data quality checks and document assumptions.
• Produce decision-ready deliverables (tables/figures/reports) and explain results to stakeholders.
