Resilience Care is seeking a Biostatistician to advance real-world evidence and medical affairs studies. You will design analyses, develop SAPs, and produce reproducible code in R and Python, with SQL basics. Healthcare data handling and clear reporting are key.

We value autonomy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex results to mixed audiences, while delivering reusable outputs and staying aligned with project timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in biostatistics/RWE.
• Delivered analyses on healthcare datasets.
• Built reusable outputs (codebases, pipelines, reporting templates).
• Worked closely with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Draft and/or contribute to SAPs and methodological documentation.
• Program analyses in R and Python; SQL/Postgre.
• Contribute to RWE studies: design, methods and execution.
• Set up data quality checks and document assumptions.
• Produce decision-ready deliverables and explain results to non-statisticians.
