Resilience Care in Rennes, France, seeks a Biostatistician/RWE specialist to build and deliver statistical work for Real‑World Evidence and Medical Affairs studies—from analysis planning to reproducible programming and clear interpretation.
You will program analyses in R and Python, apply survival analysis and GLMs, design robust methods for RWE, set up data quality checks, and produce decision-ready tables, figures and reports for cross‑functional teams.

In a nutshell: you will help build and deliver robust statistical work for Real‑World Evidence (RWE) and Medical Affairs studies — from analysis planning (SAP) to reproducible programming and clear interpretation.
