Position: Runner Location: Saint Tropez, France Contract: Seasonal

Position Overview

As a Runner, you are the vital connection between the kitchen, the bar, and the guest. You ensure a seamless flow of service by delivering dishes and drinks promptly, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, and supporting the waiters in every section. Energetic, organized, and guest-focused, you embody the Nikki Beach experience by helping create smooth, elegant, and joyful moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate between food running, drinks running, and floor support.
• Deliver orders quickly, safely, and with attention to presentation.
• Clear and reset tables, sunbeds, and guest areas with care.
• Prepare mise en place (cutlery, napkins, sauces, etc.) for service.
• Maintain side stations and service areas clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house team.
• Restock trays, glassware, and supplies throughout service.
• Assist with polishing cutlery and glassware when required.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer support proactively.
• Follow service flow, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Respect uniform, grooming, and punctuality guidelines.
• Remain positive, professional, and attentive throughout the shift.
