Alstom in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, is seeking a full-time Configuration and Change Management (CCM) Digital Specialist to shape CCM4A and drive its deployment across the group. You’ll define standard CCM requirements and ensure their integration in our tools, working with Product Development, Engineering and Procurement.

You’ll establish CCM performance indicators, provide guidance and training on CCM tools, and support regional deployments to maintain a consistent tool landscape

Qualifications

• University/Polytechnic Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Profound understanding of Configuration and Change Management practices.
• Experience in an agile and international environment.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, and Risk Management.
• Certification in a related field would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

• Supporting the operational deployment of CCM4A across regions and sites.

• Providing expert guidance and training on CCM tools and performance indicators.

Could you be the full-time Configuration and Change Management (CCM) Digital Specialist in our dynamic global team we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Configuration and Change Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and dedicated teammates.

You’ll shape the standard process requirements for CCM and ensure their integration into our standardized tools, focusing on CCM4A. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Development, Procurement, Engineering, etc.), support the operational deployment of CCM4A, and much more.
