We’ll look to you for:

Mastering digital tools like HealthHub, TrainScanner, Track Tracer, and others to support maintenance projects.

Understanding maintenance operations, lifecycle costs (LCC), and depot planning to identify optimisation opportunities.

Developing and maintaining an inventory of HealthHub rules and reports, ensuring their effectiveness and traceability.

Creating “starter packs” for new Rolling Stock Maintenance projects to adopt best practices.

Managing and delivering a training curriculum to regional teams, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.

Supporting value assessment and tracking benefits achieved through digital tool deployments.

Assisting with the roll-out of methodologies and supporting trained regional resources.
