Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Site/Entity Métier Team leader in various industries.
• Proven experience in international product development and cross-functional initiatives.
• Chartered Engineer certification is desirable.

Your future role

Localization: Saint Ouen, France or Derby, UK

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You’ll lead the definition and development of Alstom RSC’s Generic Architecture Strategy, making a significant impact on our approach to product development and market competitiveness. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, services, industrial), develop roadmaps and delivery plans, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of aligning strategy with stakeholders, measuring adherence to Generic Architectures, and inspiring a product-focused mindset shift, but also organizing Steering Committee’s and communities of practice.
