Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Distribution Coordinator.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or related field valued.
• CSCP certification issued by APICS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with distribution regulations and international shipping requirements.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsabilités

• Plan and optimize distribution routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams.
• Choose appropriate carriers and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipments in real-time, provide updates to customers or stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping and customs documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of distributed products, including quantities, locations, and destination points.
• Ensure the quality and condition of products during distribution, inspecting for damage or defects.
• Maintain open and clear communication with customers.
• Address distribution-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze distribution data and performance metrics to identify areas.
