AIRBUS HELICOPTERS SAS in Marignane seeks a Rotor System Design Work Package Manager to lead the rotor systems of the Super Puma family, guiding design evolution, change activities, and hands-on support across manufacturing, flight line, labs and flight tests.

You will work in an agile nWoW environment within the MCT, coordinating a multidisciplinary squad, driving sprint cycles, and reporting progress to Squad Leaders and the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Experience leading rotor system design projects and teams.
• Ability to drive design evolution and change activities across groups.
• Proven track record in delivering complex engineering work with agile methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and redesign of complex Rotor Systems with safety and manufacturability in mind.
• Steer substantiation through tests and analysis; ensure conformity with standards.
• Produce critical technical documentation, including permits and technical discussions with authorities.
• Drive maintenance engineering efforts for rotor components and manuals.
• Capitalize knowledge to secure future rotor technologies.
