Bleu Robotics is an AI company building universal software for deploying robots in real factories. We are seeking a Research Scientist in Vision & Perception to design the perception stack that lets our robots understand their environment and operate reliably.

You will work closely with the Robot Learning and Integration teams to ensure methods run on real robots in production settings, shipping algorithms as part of our product, with an emphasis on data efficiency and robustness.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in computer vision, robotics or machine learning, from a leading research lab or equivalent
• Track record of published research at top venues (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
• Strong Python skills and fluency with PyTorch
• Hands-on experience training and evaluating modern vision systems
• Professional proficiency in English (internal working language)

Responsabilités

• Design, prototype, and evaluate perception algorithms for robotic manipulation: object recognition, segmentation, pose estimation, scene understanding, and related areas
• Advance our internal state of the art in perception for embodied agents, focusing on robustness and data efficiency
• Run rigorous experiments on real robots and contribute to data, evaluation, and infrastructure
• Translate research prototypes into perception components robust enough to ship as part of our product
• Collaborate with Robot Learning and Integration teams to move research from prototype to production
• Help shape the long-term research agenda of the company
