Bleu Robotics in Paris is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer focused on integrating our end‑to‑end AI stack with real hardware. You’ll connect perception, learning, and orchestration across humanoid and other robotic platforms, ensuring seamless operation on real robots.

The role requires strong ROS 2 knowledge, Python proficiency, Docker deployment experience, and hands‑on work with physical robotic systems. Occasional on‑site customer deployments are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in robotics or equivalent hands‑on robotics experience.
• PhD with hands‑on experience welcomed.
• Strong working knowledge of ROS 2.
• Proficiency with Docker in robotics contexts.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands‑on experience deploying software on physical robotic systems.
• Hands‑on experience debugging across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries.
• Comfortable with Linux, Git and CI/CD tooling.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Professional proficiency in French for customer deployments.
• Willingness to travel ~1 week per month mostly within France.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain the ROS 2 architecture connecting our AI stack.
• Implement controllers for diverse robotic platforms bridging stack to interfaces.
• Containerize and deploy the full stack using Docker on embedded/edge targets.
• Bring up new robot platforms by integrating vendor SDKs.
• Build and maintain test infrastructure and validation pipelines.
• Debug across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries.
• Deploy and commission software on-site at customer facilities.
• Reduce time from demonstration to deployment by reducing integration friction.
• Own end-to-end system reliability: logging, observability, tooling.
