Bleu Robotics is recruiting a Research Engineer in Robot Learning to design few-shot, data-efficient imitation learning algorithms for our humanoids and industrial robots. You will work with Vision & Perception and Integration teams to ensure methods run on real robots in real factories, driving industrial deployment.

This role emphasizes shipping robust algorithms from research to production. The team seeks candidates with PhD or MSc in robotics, track record of top-tier publications, and

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in robotics or ML from a leading lab.
• Track record of publications at top venues (ICRA/IROS/NeurIPS/etc.).
• Expertise in imitation learning or learning from demonstration.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills.
• Hands-on experience with real robots (not just simulation).
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Design few-shot imitation learning algorithms with focus on data efficiency.
• Advance state of the art in imitation, policy, and representation learning for control.
• Run experiments on real robots and contribute to data/evaluation infrastructure.
• Translate research prototypes into production-ready algorithms.
• Collaborate with Vision & Perception and Integration teams for deployment.
• Help shape the long-term research agenda of the company.
