Job summary

Movu Robotics in France is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support western regions (Bretagne, Normandy, Pays de la Loire). You will test and repair shuttle systems at customer sites, ensuring continuous operation and customer satisfaction.

You will provide L1/L2 technical support via helpdesk and remote assistance, deliver on-site training to end-users and integrators, and assist in commissioning Movu systems. Occasional international travel and shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willing to travel short trips abroad.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a FieldService Engineer in the western part of France (Bretagne, Normandy, Pays De La Loire), passionate about technology and customer success, to join our After Sales & Service team :

Your responsibilities:

• Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites accross Western France.
• Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
• Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
• Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).
• Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
• Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri), and willing to work in shifts and weekends.
• Some of our projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas (cold storage) and this is not a problem for you with safety systems of workin place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Available to travel short periods abroad.
• Skilled in MS Office andTeams. Willing to learn custom software packets.
• Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset.
• Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed.
• No fear of heights or vertigo.
