Nio Robotics in Toulouse is seeking a Robotics Hardware Engineer to join a hands-on team building Aru, a mobile robot for diverse applications.
You will design, prototype and iterate electronics and mechanical interfaces, bring up embedded firmware on STM32, and collaborate across hardware and software to ship robust systems.
A master’s degree and 5+ years in hardware for mechatronics/robotics are expected; emphasis on learning fast and delivering end-to-end solutions.

As a Robotics Hardware Engineer, you will work across the full physical stack of Aru :
This position is deeply hands-on. You'll spend as much time at the bench as at your desk. The role demands someone proactive, resourceful, and who thrives on variety — one morning reworking a PCB layout, the afternoon debugging a CAN bus, the next day redesigning a bracket to survive a drop test. Bringing Aru from prototype to a field-ready product requires someone who makes things converge, fast.
