Gobano Robotics in Nantes is seeking an Deployment Engineer Intern to bridge mechanics, mechatronics, robotics, software and AI. You will work at Gobano and on customer sites to turn prototypes into production-ready systems.

This hands-on role involves building, installing, debugging, testing and improving robots, with data collection through teleoperation and field feedback to drive improvements. You will join a small engineering team tackling Physical AI deployment in real environments.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on engineering mindset with practical problem solving.
• Interest in robotics, AI and cross-disciplinary work.
• Wamiliarity with field deployments and testing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deploy robotic systems at Gobano and client sites.
• Troubleshoot and modify hardware and robotic cells on the field.
• Assist in integration, calibration and debugging across hardware, software and AI.
• Deploy and validate AI models on real robots in production environments.
• Run experiments, analyze failures and drive reliability improvements.
• Collect deployment data and feedback to guide engineering improvements.
• Help develop tools/processes to scale deployment.
