TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior and intervene when required, collaborating with engineering and fleet teams to ensure safe operation during testing and live service.

No prior AV experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on autonomous driving systems, safety protocols, and operations, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the performance of the self-driving system while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete assigned routes while ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe vehicle operation.
