TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of self-driving fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behaviour, follow procedures, and intervene when required during testing and commercial robotaxi operations.

No AV experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. A valid European driver’s license, five years driving experience, a clean record, and excellent situational awareness are essential for safe operation in

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification and drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance and traffic conditions.
