TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi deployments across Europe. You will monitor vehicles, ensure safety, and intervene when needed, with full training provided.

Successful candidates will join a cross-functional team, uphold strict procedures, and contribute to ongoing safety and efficiency improvements in autonomous mobility across multiple European cities.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Supervise self-driving performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes ensuring compliance with local regulations and SOPs.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe vehicle operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for deployment readiness.
• Verify vehicle cleanliness and inspect cameras, sensors, and other systems.
• Report damage or abnormal vehicle behavior to depot/technical teams.
• Record disengagements and observations using company reporting tools.
• Provide feedback on vehicle behavior and traffic scenarios for system improvement.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training.
