Bleu Robotics in France is seeking a Research Engineer in Robot Learning to design few-shot, data-efficient imitation learning algorithms that power our robots. You will focus on translating research into production-ready methods that run on real hardware in factories.

You will collaborate with the Vision & Perception and Integration teams to deploy methods on humanoid and industrial robots, shaping the long-term research agenda and contributing to product readiness.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in robotics, ML, or related field from a top research lab.
• Publications in top venues (ICRA, NeurIPS, etc.) welcomed.
• Strong Python and PyTorch; hands-on robotics experience with real hardware.

Responsabilités

• Design, prototype and evaluate few-shot imitation learning algorithms focusing on data efficiency.
• Advance state-of-the-art in imitation learning, policy learning, and representation learning for control.
• Run experiments on real robots and contribute to data, evaluation, and infra.
• Translate research prototypes into robust algorithms for product integration.
• Collaborate with Vision & Perception and Integration teams to deploy research.
