Job summary

Electra is accelerating the shift to electric mobility, building a leading fast-charging network across Europe. As CPO Roaming Partnership Manager, you will manage roaming partnerships with eMSPs, linking commercial, country, and technical teams to ensure reliable connections and sustainable growth.

You will drive negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding across multiple countries, including the launch of the Czech Republic, while delivering measurable improvements in usage and margins.

Qualifications

• Must have: At least 3 years of professional experience in partnership management, key account management, business development, contract management, or operations.
• Comfortable with both commercial (negotiation) and operational topics (contracts, pricing, technical investigation).
• Able to prioritize urgent operational issues, important strategic topics and lower-impact requests.
• Structured, pragmatic, autonomous, a strong communicator, able to challenge partners and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English; French strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of eMSP partners connected to Electra’s CPO network, as their main contact for commercial and operational topics.
• Monitor partner performance and define action plans to improve usage, customer experience and business impact.
• Negotiate commercial conditions with eMSP partners and prepare business cases for internal decision-making.
• Coordinate the contractual framework with Legal, Finance, Revenue and country teams, tracking commitments and prices.
• Oversee technical onboarding of new eMSP partners through to go-live and ensure roaming flow quality.
• Monitor incidents and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and partners with hands-on involvement.
• Build scalable processes applicable across countries.
