Electra is accelerating electric mobility across Europe. Electra seeks a CPO Roaming Partnership Manager to manage roaming partnerships with eMSPs, linking commercial, country and technical teams across Europe, including a launch in the Czech Republic.

The role combines negotiation, contract management and hands‑on operational follow‑up to ensure reliable roaming connections and a scalable, high‑performing partner network.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in partnership management or related roles.
• Fluent English required, French strongly preferred.
• Able to coordinate with cross‑functional, international teams.
• Structured, pragmatic, autonomous, a strong communicator.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of eMSP partners connected to Electra’s CPO network, acting as their main point of contact for commercial and operational topics.
• Monitor partner performance and define action plans to improve usage, customer experience and business impact.
• Negotiate commercial conditions with eMSP partners (direct connection terms, pricing, discounts, contractual conditions) and prepare business cases for internal decision‑making.
• Manage the contractual framework in coordination with Legal, Finance, Revenue and country teams, maintaining a clear overview of commitments, pricing conditions and key dates.
• Coordinate the technical onboarding of new eMSP partners through to go‑live, and ensure the quality of roaming flows (correct data exchange between systems, smooth charging sessions).
• Monitor incidents and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and partners, taking a hands‑on approach in the systems rather than relying solely on high‑level reporting.
• Build scalable processes (partner assessment, onboarding, contract management, performance monitoring) applicable across countries.

Your Missions

As CPO Roaming Partnership Manager, you will manage and develop Electra’s roaming partnerships with eMSPs, enabling their users to access Electra’s charging network across Europe. Acting as the link between commercial partners, country teams and technical/operational teams, you will combine partnership management, commercial negotiation, contract execution and hands‑on operational follow‑up to ensure roaming connections are reliable, commercially relevant and aligned with Electra’s growth strategy. You will work closely with teams across our 10 countries and support the launch of a new country, Czech Republic.

Your responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of eMSP partners connected to Electra’s CPO network, acting as their main point of contact for commercial and operational topics.

What success looks like

• Partner performance, usage and customer contribution are clearly tracked and improved over time.
• Gross margin on Electra stations coming from roaming partners is maximized.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in partnership management, key account management, business development, contract management, or operations.
• Comfortable with both commercial (negotiation) and operational topics (contracts, pricing, technical investigation), and able to involve the right internal stakeholders through to resolution.
• Able to prioritize between urgent operational issues, important strategic topics and lower‑impact requests.
• Structured, pragmatic, autonomous, a strong communicator, able to constructively challenge partners and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with international and cross‑cultural teams.
• Fluent English required, French strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in electric mobility, EV charging, roaming, mobility services, fintech or another technical, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Understanding of roaming standards (OCPI) and/or experience with charging or mobility platforms.
• Additional European languages.
