NXP Semiconductors in Caen, France is seeking a Product Engineer to lead qualification and industrialization of NFC products. You will ensure conformance to specifications, define qualification flows, and drive reliability tools and data-driven improvements across high-volume production.
The role requires a BAC+5 in data science or electronics with around five years’ related experience, strong electronics knowledge, and the ability to travel to NXP locations worldwide.

At our Caen site in France, as a product engineer, you will be part of an inspiring team of more than 100 people including IC architects, Design Engineers, Validation Engineers, Test & Product engineers, and Quality engineers.
Coming from BAC + 5 in data science / electronic cursus, you already have 5 years experience in a similar position and you master the following technical skills : Experienced & knowledgeable in semiconductor NPI (new product introduction) bring-up and IC qualification Analog and digital electronics Physics of semiconductors, statistics, methodology for analyzing and solving complex problem Hardware and software development of reliability solutions (HTOL, ESD/LU, BHAST execution and debug) Knowledge of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), such as Advantest and Teradyne Experience in data analysis software such as PDF Exensio Yield, Optimal+, JMP Experience in programming (Python is preferred, R, C++) is a plus Experience in Non-Volatile / Flash memory technologies is a plus Technical leadership in cross functional teams Excellent communication skills and influencing others Strongly data-driven in how you make decisions Self-driven and able to take ownership and initiative Able to travel to NXP locations worldwide. A good level of English is required
