Job summary

SeqOne seeks a Revenue Operations Specialist to own the Quote-to-Cash data flow and maintain quality across HubSpot and Bilbo. You will audit, reconcile, and automate the data, building real-time dashboards for Sales, Finance, and leadership.

This hands-on role requires strong CRM skills and a data-quality mindset. You will work closely with Finance Operations and Sales Operations in a hybrid setup, with Paris or Montpellier as the HQ location.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in RevOps, Deal Desk, or Sales Ops in B2B or SaaS.
• Hands-on, execution-first role with daily CRM and billing system usage.
• You ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily Data Stewardship in HubSpot & Bilbo, ensuring complete and accurate fields.
• Bilbo synchronization: mirror deals, pricing, and billing schedules.
• Monthly reconciliation: deals vs invoices vs revenue recognized; support reports.
• Automation: build AI-assisted scripts and workflows; validate rules and gates.
• Document processes in Notion with clear SOPs and playbooks.
