JD.COM in Lyon is seeking a reverse logistics lead to oversee end-to-end operations for bulky item returns, replacements and defective goods handling. You will manage reverse receiving, inspection, classification, restocking, scrapping, and supplier returns.

You will organize team manpower and shifts, monitor aging of reverse orders, resolve exceptions, and continuously improve SOPs to reduce backlogs and safeguard inventory turnover.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse reverse logistics team management experience is preferred.
• Familiar with return receiving, inspection grading and abnormal order processing.
• Capable of team scheduling, daily task arrangement and KPI improvement.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex reverse exceptions.
• Good teamwork awareness and pressure resistance.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of full-process reverse logistics operations for bulky items, including customer returns, product replacement and defective goods handling.
• Manage reverse receiving, inspection, classification, restocking, scrapping and supplier return procedures.
• Arrange team manpower and daily shifts, track reverse order aging, and resolve reverse operational exceptions.
• Continuously optimize reverse logistics SOPs, improve processing efficiency, control inventory backlogs, and ensure healthy inventory and capital turnover.
