Meller is opening its first store in France and seeks a Store Manager in Paris (35h). You will lead the team, ensure an exceptional in-store experience, and manage daily operations.

Requirements: at least 1 year in retail or customer service, English required; French and Spanish a plus. You will work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. We offer training, a transparent team, commissions and a monthly bonus based on targets.

• Experience in retail or customer service (minimum 1 year as Store Manager).
• English required; French and Spanish are a plus.
• Experience working with sales targets and KPIs.

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to convey the Meller essence.
• Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience.
• Set clear objectives and keep the team focused on achieving them.
• Oversee daily store operations: cash register, stock, replenishment, organization, promotions.
• Communicate directly with the retail team in Barcelona to track KPIs, objectives, and team development.
• Solve issues, make decisions, and propose continuous improvements.
• Ensure the store looks impeccable and is always ready to surprise customers.

Availability: Weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts required

Your day-to-day responsibilities
