Deckers Brands in Serris, Île-de-France, is seeking a Sales Lead to create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty and excellent service. You greet customers promptly, respond to questions, and communicate our store policies and brand initiatives with enthusiasm.

You will manage cash, check inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean back-stock area while promoting Deckers visuals. A High School Diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and respond to questions before they leave.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock area and promote a positive work environment.
