Harding+ is recruiting a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate for onboard cruise retailing. You will travel globally, delivering premium customer service and immersive shopping experiences for guests.

Role involves selling luxury brands, working in a high-energy environment, and representing brand culture while achieving sales targets. Accommodation, meals, and visas are provided; contracts run up to 6 months with breaks between voyages.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in premium or luxury brands.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales skills.
• Fluent French speaking required.
• Able to work under high pressure at sea.

What You Will Be Doing

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations
  

Who You Are

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products
• French speaking
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
