Harding+ seeks a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to sell premium and luxury brands aboard cruise ships. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales through events, and deepen knowledge of product and brand in a dynamic, travel-based environment.

Join a team focused on premium service, fashion events, and world-wide itineraries, with accommodation and meals provided on board and ongoing bespoke training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability.
• Fluent French and strong interpersonal communication.
• Able to work in a high-pressure, travel-based role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations

Who You Are

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products
• French speaking
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
