Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our premium onboard cruise retail team. You will travel the world promoting luxury brands, delivering memorable, high-end customer experiences and achieving sales targets on board.

You should have strong luxury retail experience, excellent face-to-face service, and thrive in a high-energy, sea-based environment. A competitive salary, commission, accommodation, and visas are provided for up to six months contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products.
• French speaking.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• A strong team player who is goal orientated.

Responsabilités

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!).

• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations
