Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to sell premium brands onboard cruise ships, traveling worldwide. You will create immersive experiences, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales in a luxury retail environment.

Join a team that showcases high-end products, participates in fashion events, and works in a vibrant, fast-paced setting at sea. Accommodation, meals, and visas are provided during contracts up to 6 months with breaks between contracts.

Qualifications

• French-speaking required.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations

Who You Are

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products
• French speaking
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
