Job summary

RIMOWA, the luxury luggage brand within the LVMH group, invites a Retail Operations Assistant to support store teams across Europe from Paris. You will handle daily operational tasks, cycle counts, stock controls, and coordinate openings and relocations.

Requirements include high school or degree in business, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of CEGID is a plus; fluent English; French/Spanish/ Italian optional.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French/Spanish/Italian optional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical communication skills.
• Experience in or knowledge of retail operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support store teams with all operational programs and processes.
• Be the main contact for stores on operations topics.
• Assist Retail Ops manager and coordinator on daily tasks.
• Coordinate all operational activities for SCEUR.
• Assist Global Retail Operations in developing standardized retail procedures and tools across the network.
• Support openings, seasonal reopenings and relocations.
• Assist stores with daily needs (uniform, stationery, IT material).
