Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations professional to support store teams across Europe. You will assist the Retail Ops Manager with daily tasks, coordinate operational activities, and help implement standardized procedures across the network.

Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. The role involves assisting with openings, relocations, and daily store needs such as uniform, stationery, and IT materials.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• French, Spanish and Italian are optional.
• Experience with retail operations concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure weekly control on cycle count, Discounts, stock negative (daily).
• Ensure monthly control on loans, special movements, scrapping certificates.
• Support to Retail Ops manager and coordinator on daily tasks.
• Support the Operation Manager coordinating all operational activities for SCEUR.
• Support the Global Retail Operations team in developing and implementing standardized retail procedures and tools across the store network.
• Support all the activities related the new openings, seasonal reopenings and relocation.
• Support the stores on their daily needs (Uniform, stationery, IT Material).

Job Responsibilities Under the responsibility of the Retail Operations Manager Europe your role will be to support store teams in all programs and processes related to their operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, processes, be customer and exceedingly detail oriented. The candidate will participate in store projects in support to Retail Operations Manager and will be the main point of contact for stores on operations topics. Operational responsibilities

Profile Education

• High school degree or university degree (e.g. bachelor) in a business related field.

Background

• Familiarity with retail operations concepts (advantageous, but not strictly required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management, time management, organizational and analytical communication skills
• Strong customer focus, able to adapt communication to different levels of business partners in retail network (regional managers, store managers, stock specialists, client managers etc…)
• Implement a collaborative approach to project work whilst still able to work autonomously on multiple projects at any one time
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
