Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations professional to support store teams across Europe. You will assist the Retail Ops Manager with daily tasks, coordinate operational activities, and help implement standardized procedures across the network.

Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. The role involves assisting with openings, relocations, and daily store needs such as uniform, stationery, and IT materials.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• French, Spanish and Italian are optional.
• Experience with retail operations concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure weekly control on cycle count, Discounts, stock negative (daily).
• Ensure monthly control on loans, special movements, scrapping certificates.
• Support to Retail Ops manager and coordinator on daily tasks.
• Support the Operation Manager coordinating all operational activities for SCEUR.
• Support the Global Retail Operations team in developing and implementing standardized retail procedures and tools across the store network.
• Support all the activities related the new openings, seasonal reopenings and relocation.
• Support the stores on their daily needs (Uniform, stationery, IT Material).
