Harding+ is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead onboard retail teams, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service at sea. You will mentor staff, organize events, and manage client outreach while upholding luxury standards.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience (ideally at sea), strong Mandarin fluency, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager, ideally with experience at sea.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Motivated in leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• A strong leader and team player who is commercially driven and goal orientated.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
