United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking a curious recent graduate or final-year student to join our AI Academy. You will learn to build with AI, work on real tools, and contribute to safe, scalable AI practices in a fast-growing team.

You will start with hands-on missions, receive accounts and access in one day, and collaborate with engineers, security, and leadership to shape the way we apply AI across the company.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from a French grande école or final-year student.
• Growth mindset valued over CV details.
• You check your work and never pass on AI output you have not checked.

Responsabilités

• Run the AI Academy: cohorts, hands-on missions.
• Get new builders set up in a day: accounts, access, their first tool.
• Help teams describe needs and find existing solutions before building.
• Keep the inventory of AI tools current, follow up on gaps.
• Build skills with Claude Code from your first weeks.
• Prepare and follow up decisions with engineering, Security and leadership.
• Keep people engaged: builder sessions, showcases, updates.
