Scality seeks recent graduates to join our AI Academy in Paris, quickly onboarding new builders, setting up accounts and access, and connecting teams with existing AI tools. You will learn Claude Code, engage with engineers and security, and help shape platform-wide AI standards at Scality.
You will communicate in French and English, work with senior stakeholders, and contribute from day one to a diverse, international team in a fast-paced environment.
Scality solves organisations' biggest data storage challenges: growth, security, performance, and cost. Designed for end-to-end cyber resilience, only Scality S3 object storage with CORE5 safeguards data at every level of the system, from API to architecture. Its patented MultiScale Architecture enables limitless, independent scalability in all critical dimensions to meet the unpredictable demands of modern workloads. The world's most discerning companies depend on Scality to accelerate high-performance AI initiatives, optimize cloud deployments, and defend their data with confidence. Recognized as a leader by Gartner, Scality software is reliable, secure, and sustainable.
The mission
Teams across Scality, not only engineers, now build their own AI tools: skills, agents, connectors, websites. We want that to be fast, safe and shared, so nobody solves the same problem twice. You will run the program that makes it happen. That means the AI Academy, which teaches people to build with AI on their own work, and the standards that keep what they build safe and reusable.
What you will do
Who we are looking for
No coding is needed to apply. You will learn to build with AI here, and fast.
What you get
At Scality, we believe diversity drives innovation. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
