Job summary

Scality seeks recent graduates to join our AI Academy in Paris, quickly onboarding new builders, setting up accounts and access, and connecting teams with existing AI tools. You will learn Claude Code, engage with engineers and security, and help shape platform-wide AI standards at Scality.

You will communicate in French and English, work with senior stakeholders, and contribute from day one to a diverse, international team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of a French grande école or final-year student
• Business school or business–engineering double degree
• We hire for mindset, not CV
• You write short and plain in French and English
• You are comfortable with senior people and persistent without being pushy

Responsibilities

• Run the AI Academy cohorts, hands-on missions.
• Get new builders set up in a day: accounts, access, their first tool.
• Help teams describe needs and find existing tools before building.
• Keep the inventory of AI tools current, and follow up on gaps with owners.
• Build skills and tools yourself with Claude Code from your first weeks.
• Prepare and follow up decisions with engineering, Security and leadership.
• Keep people engaged: builder sessions, showcases, updates.
