Davis is seeking a residential specialist with strong plan drawing skills to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of residential projects under a lead architect, from feasibility through schematic design, ensuring quality and credibility of outputs.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of agency experience in residential work and excel at residential floor plans. Proficiency in Rhino and Revit is essential, with AutoCAD expected to be used daily.

Qualifications

• Education: a degree in architecture.
• 3–4 years of agency experience in residential work.
• Strong command of the residential floor plan and capacity scenarios.
• Mastery of Rhino and Revit; AutoCAD expected.

Responsabilités

• Read local planning documents and derive project assumptions.
• Develop massing, circulation principles and capacity scenarios.
• Certify architectural credibility of produced plans and document reasoning.
• Produce graphic documents (plans, images, diagrams) for clear communication.
• Collaborate with product, tech and real estate teams to improve methods.
