Davis is seeking an architect to size capacity across multiple programs, from light-industrial and logistics to residential, office and retail. The role blends architectural expertise with AI tools, delivering project insights in hours rather than weeks.

We expect around 5–6 years of experience and proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD, with a drive to work beyond conventional firm practices. You will analyze planning documents, set programmatic assumptions, check outputs, and develop schemes

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture.
• Around 5–6 years of experience across three programs (residential, logistics/light-industrial, office/hospitality or retail).
• Proficiency in Rhino and Revit; AutoCAD is expected.
• Interest in digital tools and AI integrated into practice.

Responsabilités

• Analyze local planning and zoning documents and derive project assumptions.
• Set programmatic assumptions, ratios and keys to derive capacity.
• Check, correct and explain tool outputs to ensure credibility.
• Develop project phases from feasibility to schematic design.
• Produce graphic documents (drawings, images, diagrams) that communicate capacity clearly.
• Arbitrate between scenarios under regulatory and economic constraints.
• Stand behind numbers with clients and defend them under scrutiny.
