Trinity Global Consulting seeks a Requirements Engineer to bridge stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams. You will identify, analyze, document, validate, and manage system and software requirements through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, maintaining the RTM, and facilitating validation sessions with cross-functional teams. The role requires TS/SCI with CI poly, a relevant degree, and 4–8 years of hands-on experience.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field with 4–8 years hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Agile SAFe and Scrum development models.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, DOORS).
• Ability to create clear documentation and visual models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be in Chantilly, VA minimum 3 days a week once cleared.
• US Citizens only.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys, observations, and document analysis.
• Analyze business processes, user needs, and system constraints.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and project managers; facilitate requirement reviews.
• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, testable, and aligned with business goals; manage changes and impacts.
